Shipping and delivery.
Shipping costs are included in the total price . For other countries within the European Union we charge €4.95 per delivery. Shipping costs outside the European Union cost €15.95.

We are excited to ship our beautiful products to you. Please note that we ship until 4:00 PM on weekdays and until 11:00 AM on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays and no orders are shipped. We do our utmost to get your order to you as quickly as possible! However, it is important to remember that from the moment of delivery to the courier service, we are no longer responsible for the shipment. This means that we have no influence on any delays or other unforeseen events, such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics and so on. In these cases we cannot guarantee the delivery time and we ask for your understanding and patience. We want to do everything we can to get your order to you as best as possible, but sometimes things are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Before you make a purchase, please remember that returns incur significant costs for us as a small boutique, especially with limited stock. Do you have questions about a product? Feel free to contact us via chat or email; we are happy to help you.

If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them within 14 days after receipt. We are willing to exchange for another item or refund the money to you if possible. Please note that shipping costs are included in the total price and if you wish to make a return and request a refund, we will refund the amount minus the shipping costs of €7.46 for Belgium and €8.52 for the Netherlands. The customer pays the costs for returning the goods. This only applies to items that are returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Damaged goods will not be accepted for return. We do not give refunds on sale items, they can only be exchanged.

We ship our products by registered and insured mail, so that the shipment can be traced if it is lost. Shipping costs are included in the total price.

As a small business, we sometimes have some limitations when it comes to the financial side of shipping and returning products. We therefore hope for your understanding and cooperation in complying with our general terms and conditions. But don't let that stop you from enjoying our fantastic products and service! We are proud to have you as a customer and will do everything we can to make you satisfied.

If the product does not meet its very high expectations, we will do everything we can to solve the problem. The consumer pays the shipping costs (return).

Right of withdrawal
The consumer can terminate an agreement regarding the purchase of a product during a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving reasons. The entrepreneur may ask the consumer about the reason for withdrawal, but he is not obliged to state his reason(s).
The cooling-off period for an order starts on the day after the consumer, or a third party designated in advance by the consumer, who is not the carrier, has received the product. The entrepreneur may, provided he has clearly informed the consumer of this prior to the ordering process, and as described here, the seller may assume the consumer has read this in advance, refuse a return of one or more products. A product is covered by the warranty for defects resulting from manufacturing or material errors (all products are handmade). The warranty applies for 24 months after the purchase of the product.

Defects caused by accidents, negligence, misuse and normal wear and tear are not covered by the legal warranty.
