Shipping and delivery.
Shipping costs in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany are included in the total price . For other countries within the European Union we charge € 4.95 per delivery. Shipping costs outside the European Union cost € 15.95.

We are excited to ship our beautiful products to you. Please note that we ship until 4pm on weekdays and until 11am on Saturdays. On Sundays and public holidays we are closed and no orders are shipped. We will do our utmost to get your order to you as soon as possible! However, it is important to remember that once the order is delivered to the courier, we are no longer responsible for the shipment. This means that we have no influence on any delays or other unforeseen events, such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, etc. In these cases, we cannot guarantee the delivery time and we ask for your understanding and patience. We want to do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible, but sometimes things are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Before you make a purchase, please remember that returns are a significant cost to us as a small boutique, especially with limited stock. Do you have any questions about a product? Feel free to contact us via chat or email; we are happy to help you.

If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them within 14 days after receipt. We are willing to exchange for another item if possible or refund the money to you. Please note that the shipping costs are included in the total price and if you want to return and ask for money back, we will refund the amount minus the shipping costs of €7.46 for Belgium and €8.52 for the Netherlands. The customer pays the costs for returning the goods. This only applies to items that are in perfect condition and are returned in their original packaging. Damaged goods will not be accepted as returns. We do not give money back on items from the sale, they can only be exchanged.

We ship our products by registered and insured mail, so that the shipment can be traced if it gets lost. Shipping costs are included in the total price.

As a small business, we sometimes have some limitations when it comes to the financial side of sending and returning products. Therefore, we hope for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our terms and conditions. But don't let that stop you from enjoying our great products and service! We are proud to have you as a customer and will do everything we can to make you happy.

Should it nevertheless happen that the product does not meet his very high expectations, we will do everything in our power to solve the problem. The consumer pays the shipping costs (return).

Right of withdrawal
The consumer can dissolve an agreement regarding the purchase of a product during a reflection period of 14 days without giving reasons. The entrepreneur may ask the consumer for the reason for withdrawal, but the consumer is not obliged to state his reason(s).
The cooling-off period for an order commences on the day after the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer in advance, who is not the carrier, has received the product. The entrepreneur may, provided that he has clearly informed the consumer of this prior to the ordering process, and as described here the seller may assume that the consumer has read this in advance, refuse a return of one or more products. A product is covered by a warranty for defects resulting from manufacturing or material faults (all products are handmade). The warranty is valid for 24 months after the purchase of the product.

Defects caused by accidents, negligence, misuse and normal wear and tear are not covered by the legal warranty.
